Purpose of this site

This site describes home renovation services in Barcelona and the surrounding area, and lets you ask us to call you so we can put you in touch with a construction company. The owner of this site does not carry out building work and does not issue quotes: the construction company quotes and contracts directly with you. Submitting a request creates no obligation on either side.

About the published prices

The price ranges on this site are indicative and describe the usual cost of a standard job under the conditions set out on each page. They are not a binding offer.

The firm price is set in writing after the site visit, once the property has been measured and its condition checked. Each page states exactly what falls outside the range, and that list forms part of the pre-contractual information.

Who carries out the work

The building work is carried out by Andranik Hasratyan, NIF X3308833F. Before you commit you can ask him directly for evidence of his registrations and insurance, and we recommend you do. We do not carry out the work and are not answerable for it.

Intellectual property

The text, design and structure of this site belong to the site owner. The job photographs belong to the builder and are published here with his permission. None of it may be reproduced without written permission.
